BSVV advises Inmobiliaria Kant in the acquisition of land located and in Las Condes neighborhood

BSVV advises Inmobiliaria Kant in the development, financing, structuring and urban aspects of a real estate project located in the community of Las Condes and in the negotiation to acquire the properties where the project, owned by Mrs. Doris Cohn Valenzuela, will be developed.

Likewise, our law firm advised Kant in the negotiations with Larraín Vial for the entrance into and financing of the real estate project.

The real estate project will be subject to the Law on Real Estate Ownership and the Decree with Force of Law No. 2 of 1959.

Our study advises Kant in all legal matters related to the development, construction and sale of said project.

The project was financed by Banco Bice.

With an approximate investment of US $ 30 million, the real estate project considers the construction of a residential building of approximately 8,500 square meters of floor space, 190 apartments, 1 to 2 bedrooms, and 249 parking spaces
