BSVV advises RLA SAV S.A. in capital increase subscribed by fund administered by Administradora Mater S.A.
.SHARERLA SAV S.A., a company dedicated to the leasing of audiovisual equipment, with a presence in Chile and other Latin American countries, made a capital increase, which was subscribed by the Mater Servicios Audiovisuales Private Investment Fund, which is managed by Administradora Mater S.A.
With the subscription of the capital increase, the Fund was left with a relevant stake in RLA SAV S.A., along with an option to increase it and acquire a controlling position within the next few years.
The operation was closed during the first quarter of the year 2018.
