The Treasury filed a claim for contract compliance and compensation for damages against a telecommunications services company, for almost 300 million pesos.

Assuming the legal defense of the company before the 10th Civil Court of Santiago, Barros Silva Varela & Vigil obtained the rejection of the tax claim and the counterclaim was accepted.

The final judgment of first instance was confirmed by the Court of Appeals of Santiago, and is final and in the process of compliance.
