José Manuel Bustamante Gubbins

José Manuel has a vast experience and recognition in the Chilean legal market. He has acted as counsel for multiple companies in antitrust matters, litigation and arbitration in the most diverse markets, including the dairy industry, salmon, energy, mining, construction and infrastructure, telecommunications, retail, consumer, medical supplies, supermarkets, cement and steel, among others. Felipe Riesco Eyzaguirre

Felipe is in charge of the Public, Regulatory and Environmental Law area of the study where he focuses on providing strategic advice to his clients, especially in the area of environmental assessment of investment projects, advice on administrative regulations, administrative sanctioning procedures, administrative litigation, legal reports, presentations to the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, public procurement, etc. He has focused his career in the public sector, where he served as Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Environment, Legal Advisor to the Superintendency of the Environment, Director of the Araucanía Environmental Assessment Service and Secretary of the Third Environmental Court of Valdivia.
