José Manuel Bustamante Gubbins

José Manuel has a vast experience and recognition in the Chilean legal market. He has acted as counsel for multiple companies in antitrust matters, litigation and arbitration in the most diverse markets, including the dairy industry, salmon, energy, mining, construction and infrastructure, telecommunications, retail, consumer, medical supplies, supermarkets, cement and steel, among others. Pilar González Cofré

Pilar has more than 13 years of experience in the tax area, specializing in corporate reorganizations of high net worth individuals, national entities, as well as foreign companies with business in Chile. Likewise, she has experience in corporate tax consulting, which involves the accompaniment of businesses from their creation and in all their stages.

Felipe Riesco Eyzaguirre
