BSVV advises Tesoro Mining Chile in obtaining an easement
.SHAREBSVV led the negotiations for the management, organization and acquisition of the necessary assets for Tesoro Mining Chile's "Ternera" mining project. Also, Barros silva Varela & Vigil accompanied Tesoro Gold Limited in a financing round in the Australian stock exchange, with the purpose of raising capital for the activities of the project's work program for the years 2022 and 2023.
The chilean company is a subsidiary of the australian company Tesoro Gold Limited, which is engaged in the development of mineral resource exploration and exploitation projects. One of the most emblematic projects is the "Ternera" project, located in the Atacama region, which is currently in the prospecting process.
