Jorge Vigil López

Jorge is one of the founding partners of the firm and focuses his practice on highly complex M&A transactions in various industries such as telecommunications, infrastructure, agribusiness, energy and pharmaceuticals, among others.

He has an outstanding track record in private equity transactions, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate governance and internal reorganisation processes. In addition, he has developed a solid experience in the resolution of conflicts between partners and shareholders, as well as in strategic advice to Boards of Directors. His clients highlight his outstanding negotiation skills, sound legal judgement and business acumen.
