Francisca is part of the Public, Regulatory and Environmental Law team, where she advises companies on matters of environmental assessment of investment projects, inspection and sanction procedures before the Superintendence of the Environment, as well as in the framework of other procedures, both administrative and judicial, as well as compliance with environmental and sectoral regulations.
