José Joaquín is one of the founding partners of the firm from where he advises companies in various industries, such as real estate, construction, mining and investment funds. He also leads the Real Estate practice at BSVV, where he focuses his practice on real estate, regulatory and land planning for residential, commercial and industrial projects of all types, including corporate structure, financing, bankruptcy and contentious regulatory matters.
In addition, he advises international mining clients on the development and operation of their projects in Chile, where he has extensive experience in advising on operating projects, environmental assessments and complex negotiations with communities and stakeholders.
José Joaquín is also a mediator in commercial mediation processes as an alternative dispute resolution method.
