In a new version of Barros Silva Varela y Vigil's (BSVV) corporate volunteering programme, our employees, together with the teachers and families of the Battenburgo nursery school in Huechuraba, transformed unused spaces at the school into a green area that will be used for educational purposes for the children.

During the day, a vegetable garden and a compost bin were created, seedbeds were set up, and endemic species, bulbs, and fruit trees were planted to contribute to the social and environmental education of the children who attend this kindergarten.

The activity was part of the partnership with the Bosko Foundation, signed in May 2023, whose objective is to contribute to education, the community and public spaces in the country, always with a focus on caring for the planet and the environment.
