Agrícola Los Maitenes de Huinca increases capital by US$2 million

Barros Silva Varela & Vigil advised Agrícola Los Maitenes de Huinca in the structuring and execution of the capitalization process, allowing a group of investors to acquire a 33% stake in the company.

Likewise, modifications were negotiated to the shareholders' agreement between the founders, as well as to the management contract with a third party in charge of supervising the project.
