Grupo MyA, related to Gonzalo Martino B. and Cristobal Alonso, sold 51% of Estructuras Marfil, a company dedicated to the installation, sale, and rental of modular warehouses and storage facilities, and a recognised player in the industrial equipment sector, to Grupo Patio.

Estructuras Marfil has more than a decade of experience in the installation, sale and rental of reusable modular warehouses and storage facilities, with a presence in Chile, Peru, Mexico and Colombia. Its main customers are in the mining, construction, logistics and agriculture sectors.

In Chile, the company operates in 12 regions throughout the country, has installed more than 1,000,000 square metres (m2) and plans to exceed 300,000 m2 in rentals during 2025. Its goal is to double the leased area by 2030.
