BSVV advised Inmobiliaria Inspira in its three new real estate projects located in the communities of Ñuñoa and Vitacura: Edificio Brown Norte, Edificio Pucará and Edificio El Nogal, which are now for sale. The advisory services included the design of the corporate structure for the development of the projects, the study of titles, as well as the negotiation of promises and sales of the properties that make up each of the buildings, the review of the real estate co-ownership, and the preparation of the co-ownership regulations for each of the buildings.

Additionally, Barros Silva Varela & Vigil advised Inspira in the negotiation with the banks and is currently advising the real estate company with its clients, for the purchase and sale of its apartments.
