Esteban has worked in both the public and private sectors, focusing his practice on Regulatory Public Law, administrative sanctioning processes, constitutional actions and litigation, and legal reports. He has advised clients in the processing of administrative processes before various governmental instances, in legal disputes before public authorities, strategic planning and development of regulations.
