Colombian Siigo (part of the Accel-KKR portfolio) acquires Kame, an ERP company in Chile and Peru

.SHARE

Advised by Barros Silva Varela & Vigil, the shareholders of Kame ERP (a leading Chilean company in administrative, accounting and tax ERP software with presence in Chile and Peru) sold 100% of their shares to the Colombian company Siigo, which is part of the Accel-KKR portfolio.

The transaction consisted of the sale of 100% of Kame's shares to Siigo Chile SpA, through a contract that regulated, among other strategic aspects for the continuity of the business, the permanence of the company's founding shareholders as main executives.

Siigo is part of the portfolio and has the backing of Accel-KKR, one of the largest investment funds in Silicon Valley (USA).

Partners Jorge Vigil and Fernando Barros V., and associates Felipe Lama and Tomás Fontaine, all from Barros Silva Varela & Vigil, represented the sellers, while Larraín Vial acted as financial advisor to the transaction. The buyers were represented by Cuatrecasas.

The transaction involved the sale of 100% of the shares to Siigo Chile SpA, where the founders of Kame now own a stake in the Latin American conglomerate.
