This through a contract for the sale of shares of the company created especially for this purpose, together with other relevant contracts and assets, which were also included as part of the transaction. The mining area of ​​BSVV carried out the study of corporate legal documents, study of property titles and mining shares, royalty contracts, surface properties, among others, in addition to the respective celebration of the pertinent corporate documents. The aforementioned transaction represents several synergies for our client, since it previously acquired the nearby Lana Corina mining project.
