Senators request intervention of the Constitutional Court to enact the law
.SHAREIn an unprecedented event since 1972, the President of the Republic failed to comply with his constitutional duty to enact a law approved by the National Congress within the established term.
16 Senators of the Republic went to the Constitutional Court to obtain the enactment of a law guaranteeing public access to subdivided properties in rural areas through public roads, promoted by the trade association Chile Rural.
