Roberto Lewin Vial

Roberto Lewin heads the labour and employment practice at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil. He has a solid track record advising domestic and foreign companies from various industries on individual and collective labour matters. His practice is characterised by a strategic and comprehensive approach, which seeks to align labour relations with business objectives.

He has extensive experience in restructuring processes, collective bargaining, regulatory compliance, and human resources management. In addition, he regularly advises on matters of social security, labour migration, internal investigations, inclusion and diversity policies, prevention of harassment and discrimination, and design and implementation of internal protocols and training.
