Sebastián leads BSVV's Compliance and Data Protection practice. His background is highlighted by a solid experience in providing legal advice to national and international companies in corporate matters, including the structuring of shareholders' agreements and the drafting of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) agreements. His deep understanding of business dynamics allows him to approach legal challenges with a comprehensive and strategic vision. His practice focuses on the design and implementation of compliance programmes, crime prevention and data breach prevention models, internal investigations and legal risk mitigation, with a particular focus on anti-corruption.
In addition, he has outstanding experience in corporate law, advising companies on all aspects of their day-to-day operations: drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and relations with authorities. Thanks to this combination of expertise, Sebastián delivers effective legal solutions, aligned with the strategic objectives of each client.
